Spacing: Single
Format: Newspaper column format (2 columns)
Margins: Top/bottom = 1”
Font: 12-point Times New Roman
Indents: Indent the first line of the paragraphs, no spaces between paragraphs.
MAIN TITLE:
Place the Main Title on the First Line
AUTHOR(S):
Consecutive authors should appear one next to the other; use commas or “and” to separate names.
The author(s) name(s) should be preceded by the word “by”.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The text should be: 1) 12-point (Times New Roman), 2) Italicized, 3) Left/right justified 4) Left/right indent = 0.5’’ (1.5 from the edge of the paper), and 5) placed one space below “EXECUTIVE SUMMARY”.
MAIN HEADINGS (Including INTRODUCTION):
They should be: 1) 12-point (Times New Roman), 2) All caps, and 3)
Centered
Insert one space after every Main Heading
SUB-HEADINGS:
All Sub-headings should be placed one space below the
Main Headings or the preceding text.
They should be: 1) Sentence Case (First Letters Capitalized), 2) Bold, and 4) Centered
No spaces between the
sub-heading and the proceeding text.
TABLES, CHARTS AND FIGURES:
Tables, charts and figures must be in one column format.
Please make sure your references conform to the American Psychological Association format (except for the first-line indent). Do not indent the first line, but the indent the following lines on each reference. Separate each reference with a space. Below are some examples.

A brief autobiography of the authors should appear at the end of the references. It should be in 12-point font (Times New Roman). Between the references and the author(s)’ autobiography (ies) half a line should be drawn.
