Two HRTs between the title and the author(s)’ name(s). Author(s)’ names should be centered, initial cap for each word (name, last name, etc.), bold and 12 pt. Font. The name of each author should not include titles such as Ph.D., Professor, and so on. Single space between each author’s name. Two HRTs after the last author’s name. Abstract has to appear indented, 0.5” from the left and right margins. Abstract should be italicized in 12 pt. font, Times New Roman. The abstract (not to exceed 100 words) should be a review of the paper and not a repetition of the conclusion. Two HRTs after the end of the abstract.

III.             HEADINGS
