What are the
eligibility requirements?
Eligibility must be
met on three levels: company, employee and training. Once a company has
been determined to be eligible, a training plan is required before an
application can be submitted. Employees and training must also be
determined eligible before reimbursement will be made.

for specific eligibility requirements.
How do I get
started?
With the help of
our staff, employers formulate a training plan that identifies the areas
of training needed by the company. The training topics must serve to
increase the skills and performance of employees in their jobs. Contact
us for further information about eligibility requirements that apply to
your business. Download and print a sample training plan template

How can I locate training providers?
Qualified companies
can arrange for instructional training in several ways. IUP provides
qualified trainers and instructors, some employers use in-house
trainers, others use third-party training professionals who may be
experienced in a specific training area. You can select any training
provider you prefer.
