The IUP Eberly College of Business & Information Technology sponsors the Small Business Institute (SBI). Our purpose is to provide business support services to local businesses and other organizations through the efforts of highly skilled, motivated undergraduate and MBA students teamed up with experienced faculty with professional consulting background.
Groups of students with specific skills and interests are matched with the needs of organizations that have requested assistance in such areas as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations and Strategic Management.
Students work in teams (typically of 3-4 students) with the client's organization under the supervision of experienced faculty toward the successful completion of the project. We provide a wide range of high quality consulting services that are FREE to the clients.
